NL NDP Leader Jim Dinn to Lay Wreaths of Remembrance

“It’s an honour every year to lay a wreath of remembrance at my local Royal Canadian Legion,” said Dinn. “Memories recede into the mists of time but we can never forget the sacrifices of war, the families left behind, those who return broken from the horrors of war, and those lost who paid the ultimate sacrifice.”

The first wreath laying will take place at Field of Honour at the Mount Pleasant Cemetery at 8:30am, with another to follow at Royal Canadian Legion Branch 1, 57 Blackmarsh Road, St. John’s, at 11:00am.
